Want to sell Greg a ticket for the Wendell Historical Societies’ reverse raffle. The raffle is to raise funds to support the Wendell Museum. Thanks for your consideration.

Hello! My name is Alicia Thomas and I am the managing editor at Technician, NC State’s largest campus newspaper. I am writing because I was wondering if you had availability either today, Tuesday, or Wednesday to do a quick interview for a local election candidate breakdown we are putting together. The piece will go in a voter guide we are going to distribute on Thursday. Do you have time to speak either today, Tuesday or Wednesday? If that doesn’t work, would you be able to answer my questions via email? Please let me know.

Looking for some signs to put in my front yard. Was at the republican store on Spring Forest Rd. and they did not have any to spare.

Hey Gregg. Bill Lineberry here. Love to have a few signs to put in my yard. Was at the republican store and they did not have any they could spare to give me.

    Good afternoon Mr. Jones,

I’m writing on behalf of ONE Wake. We have asked all other candidates for the Board of County Commissioners to complete a candidate questionnaire in advance of our virtual public launch and candidate accountability session on Tuesday, October 13, at 7:00 pm. To date, 1,072 of our members have registered to attend.

I have had trouble finding an email address that we can use to send you this questionnaire. Please let me know how we can contact you.

    Thank you,

    Devin Ross

My vote depends on your opinion on getting our WCPSS back open for in person K-5 education on Oct 5th. Please let me know what steps you are taking for WCPSS to reopen our elementary schools per recent Gov. Cooper approval.

    Thank you, Julie

    Good afternoon Mr. Jones,

I’m writing on behalf of ONE Wake to follow up on my message to you earlier this week. We are organizing a non-partisan coffee with candidates style virtual event on Friday, September 11, at 10:00 am which will be attended by a number of religious and non-profit leaders from across the county. More information about the event and registration information is available here: https://www.onewake.org/candidate_event_9_11

Please let me know if you are unavailable. In that case I would be glad to work with you to set up a small group conversation with 2-3 ONE Wake leaders at a later date.

    Buy Bonds dont raise taxes

    To :

Steve Hale – Karen Weathers – Greg Jones – Faruk Okcetin

    Ladies and Gentlemen Running for WC Commissioners;

I meet you (except Steve) all at the Ice Cream social on the 23rd. I was the fellow who showed up in the “Dan Forest” T shirt.

IF you make it to home plate, and someone wants to expand the social / sexual diversity program by 100,000,000$ or so, I have a suggestion:

    Sell Bonds, not raise taxes.

Instead of pulling on the heart strings of the populace by raising the taxes on our homes and livelihoods, sell bonds at 50 and 100$ increments only to the residents of Wake County.

On this day, the 25th I am en route to a living history event at the NCNG whereupon the WW2 Soldiers will be present for an awarding of a Presidential Unit Citation by order of Pres. Trump for their heroic combat against the 1st and 2nd Panzer Corps in Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge.

Bond drives, like those of Col. Robert A Morgan from Ashville who was the Pilot – Captain of the “Memphis Bell” came back to the US on a War Bond Drive.

If we can do this to defeat the NAZI’s, we can do it to defeat the Commie bastards that are intent on making this county unlivable.

(Steve – I don’t think we are related, however if we are, Where is that 100$ I lent you! – pay up or I’ll tell on ya~~!~)

    Hello,

I am with the Facebook group, Reopen Wake County which is a grassroots movement and offshoot of ReopenNC. It is currently 70,000 members strong and growing. We are enthusiastic about getting ALL incumbents out this November! I probably don’t have to tell you why but I will. The current group of commissioners have turned a blind eye and ear to the people of this county. We are a group of pro-business, pro-freedom, Constitutionalists and we are tired of being ignored. If you want to win, this is the group you need to reach. You need to get out there and stand opposed to Sig Hutchinson. He’s the wrong man for Rolesville and Wake County. If you don’t have a Facebook, you NEED one. If you don’t have a Twitter, you NEED one. Get your name out there and stand up for the people of your district and County. I will help you if you need help but you’re going to have to make your position clear. I’m glad you’re a Christian. I am too. But, Christians have been quietly letting their right to worship and assemble get trampled on by empty suits. Believe me, people are LIVID. Use that to your advantage and you can beat that guy.

    Sincerely, Kelli Wood

    Hello Greg,

I am sending out our questionnaire for local candidates in the 2018 election. We send all candidates the same three questions and run their answers in their own words on CaryCitizen.

    • Why are you running?

    • What are your top three priorities and how will you accomplish them?

    • Give us a brief bio and tell us about your relevant experience

And also your website, email, twitter, facebook, and any other relevant links.

    Thank you for your time.

    DATE: August 7th, 2018

    TIME: 6:30-8:30 p.m

    RE: Criminalization Town Hall Discussion

    Where: Pullen Memorial Baptist Church

On behalf of Save Our Sons, and Justice Serve, Carolina Justice Policy Center Bring Back the Village, we would like to invite the 2018 candidates and criminal justice as it related to public servants to participate in our Criminalization Town Hall Reform Discussion. As voters, we believe it is important for the 2018 candidates to share their views regarding issues that impact our criminal justice system in Wake County such as; over prosecuting and over incarcerating marginalized people of color and the poor.

We look forward to hearing your points of view and perspective on these important issues.

The event will be held at Pullen Memorial Baptist Church, September 27, 2018, 6:30 pm. Please RSVP and return the survey by Monday, August 20, 2018, to ensure that you will be recognized as one of the participants.
